After your order has been placed, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and receive a ship confirmation email.

Standard shipping is 4-6 business days. (Free)

Express shipping is 1-2 business days. ($20.00)

Drop off option for $10 in the city of Chicago

Drop off option for $15 in the neighboring Chicago suburbs

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

If there is a pre-order item in your order along with others in stock styles, all items will ship together at the estimated ship date,

unless the pre-order will take longer than 3 weeks . 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

In the event a package shows "DELIVERED" but has not been received, the customer should submit a claim with the designated carrier for an investigation to be conducted. 

Additionally, ReynaMonroe is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments once the package has left our facility. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
